• About Your Warranty

Buying a new home is one of the largest investments you will ever make, which is why it’s important to ensure your home comes with protection.

Oak Ridge Homes provides every home we build with 10 full years of structural warranty protection from the nation’s leading home warranty company, RWC.

To include the 10-year RWC Limited Warranty on your new home, Oak Ridge Homes goes through an extensive screening process that measures our building practices against strict guidelines, along with a careful inspection of our workmanship, to ensure we maintain a high quality product.

An RWC Homeowners Warranty provides you with additional peace of mind. Should your home ever need repairs for covered defects, an independent provider ensures a neutral mediator to resolve your claim.

This warranty is also fully-transferable should you decide to sell your home, which is an added benefit we include with every home that increases the resale value of your home.

With the purchase of your new home, you’ll receive a copy of the home warranty guide that explains what is covered as well as a maintenance booklet with tips on how to care for your home.

    Peace of Mind

With an RWC warranty for your new home, you are being given a written and insured commitment that your home will be free from specified defects. Your RWC warranty is independently written and administered apart from Oak Ridge Homes. Your home warranty remains in place for the duration of the warranty period. The average cost to repair a major structural failure exceeds $30,000. Having a written and insured warranty in place on your home means that warranted structural components will be repaired without causing you serious financial hardship.
