If you build a custom home with Oak Ridge Homes, you’ll have the opportunity to sit down in our design showroom and select the major components of your home, in addition to your color scheme. If you need suggestions, we have team members with design experience who can help you pull everything together.

If you purchase an Inventory Home Oak Ridge Homes already has under construction, it will depend on the stage of construction, as to whether or not you may be able to choose your own colors, etc. However, once the design team has already made selections and products have been ordered, no changes are allowed.
